Return & Exchange Policy

Overview:

We at “rubberstampmaker.com.bd” strive to provide the best possible experience while you shop with us online. While there is NO option to return orders as the goods are customized according to your specific needs, however, should you wish to change the text plate, complete assistance would be given to you regarding the same at an additional charge.

In the event of customization of rubber, if a customer cancels an order after confirmation, and payment has already been made, the amount of Tk. 200/- will be deducted as charges of rubber design before providing a refund back to the customer.

Refund policy:

We do not offer returns for products purchased. If any error is made on our end, you are entitled to a rework.

Refunds (if applicable)
If your order is to be refunded, the amount will be refunded within 10 working days in the form of a cheque or Bank Transfer. No other form of payment will be acceptable. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at rubberstampmaker.bd@gmail.com

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at 
rubberstampmaker.bd@gmail.com and send your item to our office location mentioned in our website(s).

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to our office location mentioned in our website(s). We will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
